Neroli comes from the orange blossom and can only be picked by hand, requiring one ton of blossoms to produce one quart of oil. This essential oil is suitable for every skin type and is very effective for inflamed or sensitive skin. It is especially good for dry, aging skin and supports the skin’s renewal process of shedding old skin and stimulating new cell growth. Pomegranate sterols, extracted from pomegranate oil, increase hydration, enhance barrier function and provide exceptional moisturization. Since the sterol is capable of holding more than double its weight in water, it acts as a delivery system holding water on the surface of the skin. It is a highly effective replacement for synthetic materials like petroleum, mineral oil and animal derived ingredients such as lanolin.
